Pro City has been great! All the staff was able to help me anytime I called the office and knew what was going on with my package. My negotiator, Walter Pajares, responded to all of my questions with a positive attitude and confidence that the mortgage co will help me with my loan modification. I couldn't ask for better service and negotiator. I received my permanent loan modification, YEAY!
