Hi, this is Jessica. We had been trying to accomplish the loan modification through a different broker who wasn’t doing what they were supposed to be doing. There was no hidden gimmicks. There was no hiding anything. It was very black and white. This is what it is. If it works, it works. If not, we’re not going to waste your time and just the fact that they were able to follow through with what they promised was unbelievable and that they have a great staff working there. And, you know, they saved our house.
